How We Work

Service notebook with timing results and parts list for a routine overhaul

Each piece starts with a quick intake, photos, and a simple run test. For mechanical movements, we outline cleaning, inspection, wear points, and parts sourcing where needed. For quartz, we cover battery, seals, and water-resistance checks when appropriate. Durations vary with parts availability and condition, so collection dates are set once the watch passes final timing and function checks.

Repair Questions

Which services are available?

Battery and pressure checks for suitable models, bracelet and clasp fixes, crown and stem work, crystal replacements, and full cleaning and lubrication for mechanical movements. Vintage work depends on parts condition and sourcing.

How are prices set?

After intake and initial tests we share a simple outline of labour and parts. If additional wear is found during disassembly, we confirm options before proceeding.

Do you handle water-resistance?

For suitable cases we renew seals, test to the model’s stated limits where practical, and explain everyday care. Older cases may have limitations due to age or parts availability.

What affects turnaround?

Parts lead times, corrosion, and previous repairs can extend work. We keep notes visible and provide updates when timings shift so you can plan collection comfortably.

Can I post my watch to you?

Yes—use a tracked service and pad the crown side well. We confirm receipt with photos and walk through next steps before any work begins.

What about originality and polishing?

Many owners prefer light cleaning only. We discuss finishing choices at intake, note existing marks, and proceed with minimal approach unless you request otherwise.
